Orders can only be canceled or changed if they are not in the shipping preparation stage.

No items can be added to your order at a later date.

If you have accidentally entered the wrong delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to ensure that your order is sent to the correct address. Once you have received the shipping confirmation, no more changes can be made.

If you receive an error message for a payment method, please contact our customer service.

Please do not accept a damaged parcel. If a damaged parcel has been accepted, please return the item to us with a brief description of how the defect occurred and send us 2-3 clear pictures by email to support@loversclubclo.com so that we can trace the damage. The defects must be clearly visible. Once we have received your photos, we will review your case as quickly as possible and get back to you within a few days with feedback on how to proceed.

We will send you your tracking number with the shipping confirmation email. By clicking on the tracking number, you can easily track where your parcel is currently located.

You can return purchases within 14 days of receipt. As soon as we have received the goods, you will receive a full refund. Please note that we only take back unworn and unwashed items.

Please note the right of withdrawal for returns. Return the items within 14 days of receipt and the customer bears the shipping costs for the return.
If shipping costs were incurred for the order, these will be refunded in addition to the value of the goods. ATTENTION: These are the shipping costs that the customer had to pay when purchasing the goods. Please do not send your return to us freight collect or uninsured.
